When you interact with the ARIAN conversation interface, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, fund name, AUM range, investment strategy, and operational preferences. We do not collect payment information, social security numbers, or any financial account details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to prepare and deliver a tailored scope of work document and to follow up with you about ARIAN's services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
Conversation state is temporarily stored in your browser's localStorage to allow you to resume an incomplete conversation. This data is cleared upon completion or when you manually reset the conversation. Submitted data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely by our email service provider.
4. Cookies and Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate, privacy-friendly traffic analysis. No personal identifiers are tracked. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@arian.com. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
